- Rinse salmon fillets under cold water and pat completely dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Place salmon skin-side down in skillet and cook undisturbed for 4 minutes until skin is golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully flip salmon fillets and brush half of the glaze generously over the tops.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes more until internal temperature reaches 145°F and salmon is cooked through.
- Drizzle remaining glaze over cooked salmon and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
