- Pat the salmon cubes dry with a paper towel and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and massage the seasoning into the salmon.

- Cook the seasoned salmon cubes in the skillet for 4-5 minutes until crispy and golden brown, cooking in batches if necessary.
- Transfer the cooked salmon back to the skillet with the honey garlic sauce and toss gently to coat each piece evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes in the sauce, allowing the salmon to absorb the flavors. Adjust seasonings if necessary.
- Serve the salmon bites garnished with sesame seeds and chopped chives.
