Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko recommended for extra crispiness
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Drizzle hot honey over the chicken and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Adjust the amount of hot honey to your taste preference. For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs. Serve with a side of vegetables or salad for a complete meal.
