Method
- Chop the lobster meat into uniform bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes.
- Beat the egg thoroughly in a shallow bowl until well combined.
- Season lobster pieces with salt and pepper to taste.
- Dip each lobster piece in the beaten egg, letting excess drip off, then press into panko breadcrumbs to coat all sides.
- Heat 3 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Place coated lobster bites in the pan without overcrowding, and fry for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer fried lobster bites to a serving plate.
- Add remaining butter to the same pan and sauté minced garlic for 30 to 60 seconds until fragrant.
- Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the crispy lobster bites and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve immediately for best texture. Best paired with a fresh salad or pasta for a complete meal. Use fresh lobster meat for optimal flavor. Ensure oil is hot before frying to achieve maximum crispiness.
