STEP 1: PREPARE THE OATS
- Combine Ingredients: In your crockpot, mix together the steel-cut oats, water, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir well to combine.
STEP 2: COOK
- Set the Crockpot: Cover the crockpot and set it to low heat. Let it cook for about 6-8 hours overnight, or until the oats are tender and creamy.
STEP 3: ADD FRUIT AND NUTS
- Stir in Add-ins: Once the oats are cooked, stir in the dried fruit and nuts. Mix well to distribute evenly.

- Top and Enjoy: Serve the oatmeal warm, topped with fresh fruit of your choice. You can also add a drizzle of extra maple syrup if desired.
