- Slice kielbasa into 1-inch pieces, trim green beans, halve baby potatoes, and chop onion.
- Add sliced kielbasa, green beans, halved potatoes, and chopped onion to the crockpot in layers.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly over the ingredients.
- Pour chicken broth over everything and dot the top with butter pieces.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are fork-tender.
- Gently stir halfway through cooking to redistribute seasonings and ensure even cooking.
- Check seasoning and adjust if needed. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sear kielbasa in a pan before adding to crockpot. Add green beans during the last 2-3 hours if you prefer them less soft. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
