Instructions
Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the onion, bell pepper, and dice the potatoes.
In the crockpot, combine the sliced sausage, chopped onion, minced garlic, bell pepper, diced potatoes, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
