- Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
- Optional: Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak bites for 1-2 minutes per side until browned.
- Add steak bites to crockpot along with beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and dried thyme. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until meat is fork-tender.
- Stir in melted butter during the last 10 minutes of cooking for extra richness.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately, or store for meal prep.
Notes
