Instructions
Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
Layer in the drained white beans, corn, diced green chilies, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Sprinkle the spices over the top.
Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Once cooked, shred the chicken with a fork and stir in the sour cream and softened cream cheese until well combined.
