Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Chicken breast Boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For sautéing the chicken.
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped, adds sweetness and depth of flavor.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced, for aromatic flavor.
  • 1 cup Zucchini Sliced, for added texture.
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved, for sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano For a herby flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper To taste.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and add oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
  • Serve hot on a platter and enjoy your versatile range dish!
