Ingredients
  

Caprese Skewers
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Spinach and Artichoke Dip
  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 can artichoke hearts 14 oz, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Stuffed Mushrooms
  • 1 lb button mushrooms stems removed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Assemble Caprese skewers by threading a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball onto each skewer. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
  2. For the spinach and artichoke dip, mix thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  3. For stuffed mushrooms, mix cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stuff each mushroom cap and bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes.

Notes

These appetizers can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Reheat before serving for the best taste.
