Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 1 large Banana Ripe, adds creaminess and sweetness.
  • 1 cup Strawberries Fresh or frozen, for natural sweetness.

Greens

  • 1 cup Spinach Packed with nutrients, blends well.

Liquid Base

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Adds creaminess and protein.
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk Non-dairy option, can substitute with coconut milk.

Optional Sweeteners

  • 1 tablespoon Honey For added sweetness, optional.

Ice

  • 1 cup Ice cubes For a chilled smoothie, optional.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients by peeling and slicing the banana, washing the strawberries, and rinsing the spinach.
  • In a blender, combine the banana, strawberries, spinach, Greek yogurt, and almond milk.
  • If desired, add honey for sweetness.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk to reach the desired consistency.
  • For a chilled smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and fully incorporated.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a slice of strawberry or a sprinkle of chia seeds if desired.
