Ingredients
  

Loaded Nachos

  • 1 bag Tortilla chips Choose sturdy chips that can hold up to toppings.

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

  • 1 head Cauliflower Cut into florets.
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour For the batter.
  • 1/2 cup Water To mix with flour.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Adds savory depth.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For smokiness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Enhances flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce For tossing the baked cauliflower.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  • 1 package Frozen spinach Thawed and drained.
  • 1 can Canned artichoke hearts Chopped.
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened.
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream Adds tanginess.
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise For richness.
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Melts beautifully.
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper To taste.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the nachos and spinach dip, and 425°F (220°C) for the cauliflower bites.
  • For Loaded Nachos: Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet, layer with cheddar cheese, black beans, jalapeños, and diced tomatoes. Bake for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • For Buffalo Cauliflower Bites: In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Dip cauliflower florets in the batter and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Toss baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  • For Spinach and Artichoke Dip: In a bowl, mix thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Serve all snacks hot with appropriate dips and garnishes.
