Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz haddock cleaned and skinned (or cod)
  • 1 lb scallops preferably dry-packed
  • 1 lb large shrimp cleaned and deveined
  • 3-4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream use up to ¾ cup for extra creaminess
  • 0.5 cup shredded Swiss cheese or mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • paprika for color and subtle spice
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a 7×11 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. Cut haddock into 1.5-inch chunks and arrange evenly in the dish.
  4. Add scallops and shrimp, distributing evenly.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  6. Pour heavy cream over the seafood.
  7. Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the top.
  8. Dust with paprika and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, checking at 15 minutes.
  10. Seafood should be opaque and cooked through. Avoid overbaking.
  11. Serve hot with a squeeze of fresh lemon if desired.

Notes

Dry seafood well to prevent excess liquid. Add cream cheese for extra richness. Swap haddock with cod or pollock. Can be frozen before baking—thaw overnight and bake as directed.
