Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter Adds a creamy texture and rich flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil A healthy fat that enhances the dish's taste.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Finely chopped to release their aromatic goodness.
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes Adjust according to your spice preference.
  • 1 Juice of Lemon Freshly squeezed for a zesty kick.
  • 1 Zest of Lemon Adds an extra layer of lemon flavor.
  • 200 g Spaghetti or linguine Choose your favorite pasta for the base.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish and added freshness.
  • to taste Salt and pepper To enhance all the flavors.

Instructions
 

  • Ensure shrimp are peeled and deveined. If using frozen shrimp, thaw in cold water for 15-20 minutes and pat dry.
  • In a large skillet, combine unsalted butter and olive oil over medium heat. Allow butter to melt completely.
  • Add finely chopped garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Sauté for about one minute until fragrant but not browned.
  • Add the prepared shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the skillet and sprinkle in the lemon zest. Stir to combine.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti or linguine to the skillet and toss gently to coat the pasta with the sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
