  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 pieces slider buns
  • leaves Lettuce
  • slices Tomato
  • Mayonnaise for serving

Method
 

  1. Prepare the beef sliders by mixing ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 12 patties.
  2. Cook the beef patties on a preheated grill or skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side, adding cheese in the last minute.
  3. Assemble the beef sliders with buns, patties, and desired toppings.
  4. Prepare the chicken sliders by mixing ground chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Form into 12 patties.
  5. Cook the chicken patties on a preheated grill or skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  6. Assemble the chicken sliders with buns, patties, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.
