  • 1/2 cup Spinach leaves Fresh spinach adds nutrients and color.
  • 1/4 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella for creaminess and flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Hummus or favorite spread Enhances the overall taste of the wraps.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Simple seasonings to elevate flavors.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For cooking the vegetables and wraps.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  • If making your own wraps, whisk together egg whites in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a small amount of the egg mixture into the skillet, swirling to create a thin layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift easily, then flip and cook for another minute. Transfer to a plate and repeat.
  • If using store-bought wraps, warm them in the skillet for a minute on each side.
  • Let the wraps cool on a wire rack to prevent sogginess. Store in an airtight container in the fridge if not using immediately.
  • Fill the wraps with your choice of ingredients, roll them up, and enjoy!
