Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients: egg whites, olive oil, salt, pepper, diced avocado, fresh salsa, and chopped cilantro.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
