Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and ensure your Egglife wraps are at room temperature.
  2. If desired, warm the wraps in a dry skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
  3. Start with a protein base, such as shredded chicken, and add your choice of vegetables.
  4. Season your fillings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Place a generous amount of filling in the center of the Egglife wrap, sprinkle with cheese, and fold the sides over the filling.
  6. Roll the wrap tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil if desired.
  8. Place the rolled wrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
