Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe pineapple
  • 1 cup cold water optional for a lighter juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional for sweetness
  • A handful of ice cubes

Step 1: Prepare the Pineapple

  • Cut the Pineapple: Start by cutting off the top and bottom of the pineapple. Remove the tough outer skin and any "eyes." Cut the pineapple into chunks and discard the core.

Step 2: Blend the Pineapple

  • Blend: Place the pineapple chunks in a blender. If you want a lighter juice, add 1 cup of cold water. Blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy.

Step 3: Add Lemon & Honey

  • Mix in Flavor: Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice for a tangy kick. If you like your juice sweeter, stir in a teaspoon of honey.

Step 4: Strain (Optional)

  • Strain: If you prefer a smoother juice, strain it through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp. You can skip this step if you enjoy pulp in your juice!

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy

  • Serve: Pour the pineapple juice into a glass over ice cubes for a cool and refreshing drink. Enjoy immediately for the best taste and nutrients.
