- Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, peel and devein the shrimp, and slice the chicken sausage into rounds.
- In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and add the sliced chicken sausage. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and fully cooked. Remove and set aside with the sausage.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet, sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 8-10 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp.
- Return the cooked sausage and shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything together gently and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
