Method
 

  1. Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, peel and devein the shrimp, and slice the chicken sausage into rounds.
  2. In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and add the sliced chicken sausage. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and fully cooked. Remove and set aside with the sausage.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet, sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 8-10 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp.
  5. Return the cooked sausage and shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything together gently and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
