Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients: frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, plain yogurt, honey or agave syrup, vanilla extract, and optional ice cubes.
  2. In your blender, add the frozen pineapple chunks first, followed by coconut milk and plain yogurt. If using, add honey or agave syrup and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides if necessary.
  4. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
