- Gather all your ingredients: frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, plain yogurt, honey or agave syrup, vanilla extract, and optional ice cubes.
- In your blender, add the frozen pineapple chunks first, followed by coconut milk and plain yogurt. If using, add honey or agave syrup and vanilla extract.
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides if necessary.
- If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
