Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan by greasing it with butter or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cake flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Whisk together and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Optionally, swirl in heated dulce de leche.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 28-36 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes. Lift out using parchment paper and cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
