- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients for pancakes: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Pour the appropriate amount of batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
- Serve pancakes and waffles warm with your choice of toppings such as maple syrup, fresh berries, whipped cream, and powdered sugar.
