Ingredients
  

Caprese Skewers

  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes Fresh and juicy for skewering.
  • 8 ounces Fresh mozzarella balls Creamy and delicious.
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves Adds a fragrant touch.
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic glaze For drizzling over skewers.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  • 1 cup Frozen spinach Thawed and drained.
  • 1 cup Canned artichoke hearts Chopped.
  • 1 cup Cream cheese Softened for mixing.
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream Adds creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise For richness.
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese For topping.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For seasoning.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • Tortilla chips or sliced baguette For serving To accompany the dip.

Mini Meatballs

  • 1 pound Ground beef or turkey For meatballs.
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs For binding.
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese For flavor.
  • 1 large Egg For binding.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder For seasoning.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • Marinara sauce For dipping To serve with meatballs.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Caprese skewers by threading cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, and mozzarella balls onto skewers. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
  • For the Spinach and Artichoke Dip, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.
  • For the Mini Meatballs, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, mix ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
