Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange cleaned scallops in a single layer in a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle the garlic butter mixture evenly over the scallops. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until scallops are opaque and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
