Method
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with paprika, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Add another tablespoon of butter and stir to combine. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the remaining tablespoon of butter. Heat over medium heat, then pour in heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
- Toss cooked pasta into the creamy Parmesan sauce, then add the garlic butter chicken bites back into the skillet. Mix gently to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
