Ingredients
  

Chicken Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 3 tablespoons Butter Divided for cooking.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For seasoning.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper To taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili flakes Optional, for a spicy kick.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Pasta Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Pasta Fettuccine, penne, or your choice.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For cooking.
  • 2 cups Heavy cream For the sauce.
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese For the sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For the sauce.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt For the sauce.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper For the sauce.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg Optional, for added warmth.

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with paprika, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Add another tablespoon of butter and stir to combine. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the remaining tablespoon of butter. Heat over medium heat, then pour in heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
  • Toss cooked pasta into the creamy Parmesan sauce, then add the garlic butter chicken bites back into the skillet. Mix gently to combine.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
