Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets Salmon 6 oz each
  • 3 tablespoons Butter Melted
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon slices Optional, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil to facilitate easy cleanup.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Brush the glaze generously over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are fully coated for maximum flavor.
  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • For an extra caramelized finish, broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
  • Remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley and optional lemon slices. Serve immediately.
