Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Large shrimp Peeled and deveined for easy cooking.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter Melted for richness.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced for robust flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed for brightness.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adds smokiness and color.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Enhances overall flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Chopped for garnish.
  • 4-6 Skewers Wooden or metal for grilling.

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
  • Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss gently to coat them evenly. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers, leaving space between each shrimp.
  • Place the shrimp skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  • Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a minute before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
