- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss gently to coat them evenly. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers, leaving space between each shrimp.
- Place the shrimp skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a minute before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
