Instructions
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss gently to coat. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers, leaving space between each shrimp.
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a minute before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
