Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Large shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter Melted for richness.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced for robust flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice Adds brightness.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For smokiness and color.
  • to taste Salt Enhances flavor.
  • to taste Black pepper Enhances flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Chopped for garnish.
  • 4 skewers Skewers Wooden or metal; soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss gently to coat. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers, leaving space between each shrimp.
  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a minute before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
