- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss gently to coat. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers, leaving space between each shrimp.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a minute before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
