Method
 

  1. Select a good cut of sirloin steak, ensuring it has good marbling for flavor and juiciness.
  2. Mince the garlic cloves and combine them with softened unsalted butter in a small bowl.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes, season with salt and pepper, and add to the skillet in a single layer.
  5. Cook the steak for about 2-3 minutes without moving them to form a crust, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes for medium-rare.
  6. Reduce the heat to medium and add the garlic butter mixture to the skillet, stirring gently to coat the steak bites evenly.
