- Clean the scallops under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and olive oil. Stir well.
- Add the cleaned scallops to the bowl and gently toss until fully coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, remove the scallops and let them rest for a minute before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

For best results, use fresh scallops and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
