Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Sea scallops Cleaned and patted dry.
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter Melted for richness.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For searing and healthy fats.
  • to taste Salt Enhances flavor.
  • to taste Pepper Enhances flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.
  • 1 lemon Lemon wedges For serving.

Instructions
 

  • Clean the scallops under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and olive oil. Stir well.
  • Add the cleaned scallops to the bowl and gently toss until fully coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Arrange the scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Once cooked, remove the scallops and let them rest for a minute before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For best results, use fresh scallops and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
