Instructions
Clean the scallops under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and olive oil. Stir well.
Add the cleaned scallops to the bowl and gently toss until fully coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Arrange the scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Once cooked, remove the scallops and let them rest for a minute before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For best results, use fresh scallops and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
