Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Large shrimp Peeled and deveined for easy cooking.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter Creates a rich and creamy sauce.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced for aroma and flavor.
  • 1 whole Lemon Zest and juice needed for flavor.
  • to taste Salt Enhances overall taste.
  • to taste Pepper Enhances overall taste.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Chopped for garnish.
  • 1 whole Lemon wedges For serving on the side.

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until pink, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked and opaque.
  • Pour in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sprinkle in the lemon zest. Stir well and cook for another minute.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
