Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter Creates the base of the sauce.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Finely chopped for flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes Adjust for spice preference.
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth Adds depth to the sauce.
  • 100 ml Fresh lemon juice Brightens the dish.
  • 200 g Spaghetti Classic choice for serving.
  • to taste Salt Enhances overall flavor.
  • to taste Pepper Enhances overall flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnishing.

Instructions
 

  • Ensure shrimp are peeled and deveined. If using frozen shrimp, thaw in cold water for 15 minutes and pat dry.
  • In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and red chili flakes, stirring for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour in the vegetable broth and fresh lemon juice, stirring to combine. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until well coated. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water.
  • Plate the shrimp and spaghetti mixture, garnishing with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
