- Cut the sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes and season generously with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Clean and pat dry the scallops with a paper towel. Set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Increase heat to medium-high and add the seasoned steak cubes in a single layer. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the scallops in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside with the steak.
- Return the cooked steak and scallops to the skillet, tossing gently in the garlic butter sauce. Heat through for an additional minute.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
