- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the sirloin steak pieces in a single layer, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add unsalted butter, and let it melt. Then add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return the seared steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter for an additional minute.
- In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until it simmers. Stir occasionally.
- Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder to the cream, stirring continuously until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the garlic butter steak bites on a plate, drizzled with the warm Parmesan cream sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley.
