Parmesan Cream Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For the sauce.
  • 1/2 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese Adds richness to the sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances the flavor of the sauce.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the sirloin steak pieces in a single layer, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add unsalted butter, and let it melt. Then add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Return the seared steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter for an additional minute.
  6. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until it simmers. Stir occasionally.
  7. Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder to the cream, stirring continuously until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the garlic butter steak bites on a plate, drizzled with the warm Parmesan cream sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley.
