- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the seasonings.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla, then evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling to create a wrap. Grill the folded wraps in the same non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Remove the wraps from the pan, cut each in half, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
