  • 4 fillets Salmon 6 oz each, fresh salmon is the star of this dish.
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil Adds moisture and helps the herbs stick to the salmon.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced, brings a robust flavor that complements the salmon.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Chopped, adds a fresh, vibrant touch to the dish.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill Chopped, pairs wonderfully with salmon.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice Adds brightness and balances the richness of the fish.
  • to taste Salt Enhances all the flavors in the dish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the lined baking sheet. Coat each fillet generously with the garlic herb mixture.
  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove the salmon from the oven and serve hot, garnished with lemon wedges.
