Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs The main ingredient that provides juiciness and flavor.
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced Adds a rich, savory flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Keeps the chicken moist and adds richness.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped Brings a fragrant, earthy note.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, chopped Adds subtle sweetness and depth of flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adds smokiness and color.

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken thighs by placing them in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade (olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper) over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Discard any leftover marinade.
  • Bake the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
  • Serve the chicken with lemon wedges on the side for a bright, zesty flavor.
