Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets About 6 ounces each, skin-on or skinless.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter For a rich flavor.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced to release aromatic goodness.
  • 1 large Lemon Juiced and zested for a bright, zesty kick.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Chopped for a fresh finish.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste, enhancing the flavors.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground for a bit of spice.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking the salmon and adding richness.

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then stir in the lemon juice and zest. Simmer for a minute and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down if applicable. Cook for 4-5 minutes without moving, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  • Drizzle the garlic lemon butter sauce over the cooked salmon fillets and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
