- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the breadcrumb mixture and stir until crumbly and well-coated.
- Evenly distribute the garlic Parmesan mixture over the top of each fish fillet, pressing down gently to adhere.
- Bake the fish fillets in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving. Garnish with lemon slices.
