Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the russet potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then slice into wedges.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Once golden brown and crispy, immediately sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot potatoes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
