  • 4 medium Russet potatoes Washed and dried, ideal for crispiness.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Helps achieve a crispy texture.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Adds savory flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder Enhances overall taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika Adds a hint of smokiness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Enhances flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper Adds a bit of heat.
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Creates a cheesy crust.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and dry the russet potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then slice into wedges.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Place the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once golden brown and crispy, immediately sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot potatoes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
