Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium Sweet potatoes Peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil For tossing the sweet potatoes.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adds a smoky flavor.
  • to taste Salt For seasoning.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
