Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Provides the main protein for the dish.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking the chicken and vegetables.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano Adds a classic Greek flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances the overall flavor.

  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved Adds sweetness and color.
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved Provides a briny flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled Adds creaminess and tang.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish and freshness.
  • 1 piece Lemon, juiced Adds brightness to the dish.

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top.
  • Squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken and vegetables.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
