- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken and vegetables.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
