  • 1 cup Mixed berries Strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients to make the process smoother.
  2. Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cool running water and pat them dry. Slice strawberries if using.
  3. In serving glasses or bowls, layer Greek yogurt, followed by mixed berries, and then granola. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a sprinkle of granola on top if desired. Serve immediately.
