Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup Natural sweeteners to taste.

  • 1 cup Mixed berries Strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  • 1/2 cup Granola Adds crunch and makes the parfait filling.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients to make the process smoother.
  • Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cool running water and pat them dry. Slice strawberries if using.
  • In serving glasses or bowls, layer Greek yogurt, followed by mixed berries, and then granola. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
