STEP 1: MARINATE THE CHICKEN
- Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Coat Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
STEP 2: COOK THE CHICKEN
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
