- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
STEP 1: MARINATE THE CHICKEN
Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Coat Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
STEP 2: COOK THE CHICKEN
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
