Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces Grilled chicken breasts Sliced, provides protein.
  • 4 large Flour tortillas For wrapping the salad.
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce Chopped, adds crunch.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing For flavor and creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Adds richness.
  • 1 cup Croutons For added crunch.
  • to taste Salt For seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For marinating the chicken.

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, salt, pepper, and any additional herbs. Coat the chicken breasts and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C). Let rest before slicing.
  • In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, and grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the top and toss gently.
  • Lay a flour tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the chicken Caesar salad mixture onto the center. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. Slice in half and serve.
