- Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, salt, pepper, and any additional herbs. Coat the chicken breasts and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C). Let rest before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, and grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the top and toss gently.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the chicken Caesar salad mixture onto the center. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. Slice in half and serve.
