Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces Grilled chicken breasts Sliced, provides lean protein.
  • 4 large Whole wheat tortillas For wrapping the ingredients.
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce Chopped, adds crunch.
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved, for freshness.
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese For flavor and richness.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing For dressing the salad.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • to taste Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let it rest before slicing.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  • Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat and place a portion of sliced grilled chicken in the center. Add a generous amount of the Caesar salad mixture on top.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  • Serve the wraps garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Customize your wrap with different proteins or additional vegetables for variety.
