- Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let it rest before slicing.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat and place a portion of sliced grilled chicken in the center. Add a generous amount of the Caesar salad mixture on top.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Serve the wraps garnished with fresh parsley.
