- In a large bowl, combine the chicken breast fillet with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken breast fillets for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and grill marks appear. Remove and let rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
- If using homemade Caesar dressing, prepare it now. Otherwise, ensure your store-bought dressing is ready for assembly.
- Take a tortilla and spread a tablespoon of Caesar dressing evenly across the surface. Add a handful of chopped romaine lettuce, followed by the grilled chicken strips, and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides first, then rolling from the bottom up. Cut diagonally in half and serve.
