  • 500 g Chicken breast fillet Fresh chicken is best for grilling.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For marinating the chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adds color and a hint of smokiness.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Essential for seasoning the chicken.
  • 100 g Romaine lettuce Fresh and crisp for added crunch.
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for the best flavor.
  • 150 g Caesar dressing The star of the wrap, bringing all flavors together.

Equipment

  • grill
  • mixing bowl
  • Tongs
  • knife
  • cutting board

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken breast fillet with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken breast fillets for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and grill marks appear. Remove and let rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
  3. If using homemade Caesar dressing, prepare it now. Otherwise, ensure your store-bought dressing is ready for assembly.
  4. Take a tortilla and spread a tablespoon of Caesar dressing evenly across the surface. Add a handful of chopped romaine lettuce, followed by the grilled chicken strips, and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides first, then rolling from the bottom up. Cut diagonally in half and serve.
