- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped dill, and chopped parsley to create the marinade.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover or seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and ensure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Place the fillets skin-side down on the grill.
- Grill for about 4-5 minutes, then carefully flip and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Transfer the grilled salmon to a serving platter and garnish with lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
